Refund Policy

All Wings Over the Rockies events are non-refundable one week before the event. If Wings organizers must cancel an event, a full refund will apply. Like water off a duck's back, scheduled events will go rain or shine.

Be Wings Weather wise!

Our mountain weather can be unpredictable. Even on a hot, sunny day the weather conditions can change quickly. We want to ensure that you have the best possible "Wings" experience. When attending any of our outdoor field trips or activities, even in nice weather, please be prepared. We suggest you bring along the following:

• sturdy shoes or boots for walking
• warm sweater or jacket (polar fleece or wool recommended)
• rain jacket or poncho
• hat and gloves
• water bottle with at least 500 ml. of water
