Event Description

A relatively strenuous all-day hike in the mountains. An experienced leader will select a suitable route, depending on snow conditions, perhaps Mount Swansea or another scenic trail. A naturalist will accompany the group to interpret what you come across.

Level: challenging.Be prepared for rain and cold mountain weather, and wear sturdy waking boots. Bring a litre of water, snacks and lunch. Recommended options: walking sticks, sunscreen, binoculars, and camera.
