Want to try out some new binoculars or camera gear to aid you in your birding or wildlife photography and viewing? Pop over to the “PopUp Optic Gear-Table” on May 10thfrom 8 am to 1 pm. Rob Hadlow, a nature photographer specializing in bird photography from The Camera Store and Travis Merrick from Nikon Canada will have a table set-up outside the Pynelogs Cultural Centre at Dorothy Lake nature pond. This PopUp Optic Table will then move into Pynelogs for the afternoon, to get ready for a Presentation by Rob, who will highlight some of his owl photography and provide a few tips, tricks and stories behind the images. Rob’s talk will follow the David Thompson: Epic Wanderer & Observer Presentation with Ross MacDonald at 7 pm.
