For Canada’s 150th birthday, the exterior of the C.P.R. Station on the museum grounds has been freshly painted. The Lake Windermere C.P.R. Station was built in 1914 and it originally sat by the railway tracks in Athalmer. In 1975 it was damaged by a derailed coal train. The damaged building was sold for $1.00 and restored on the museum grounds." string(6) "Leader" string(81) "https://www.wingsovertherockies.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Museum_Image-1.jpg"
