Ryan Bavin is from the Columbia Valley where his family has lived for several generations. Ryan is a glass artist, certified hiking guide and photographer. He spends an average of 50 days per summer working as a guide in the Columbia and Rocky Mountains of western Canada. He won the “best landscape” award at the Banff Mountain Film Festival photo competition in 2008.
