SPONSORS & DONORS

The Wings over the Rockies Nature Festival is made possible through the generous support of businesses, organizations, and individuals who donate funds, services and time.

Since the festival’s creation, its mandate has remained consistent:

  • Education of valley residents and visitors about birds, wildlife and habitats of the valley
  • Conservation of wildlife and habitats
  • Sustainable economic development that contributes to community economic health

Revenue generated from the festival is used to sustain the Wings over the Rockies Nature Festival year after year. Any additional funds are invested into conservation and education projects through organizations within the Columbia Valley. Historically Wings over the Rockies has supported projects through organizations such as the Columbia Valley Wetlands Stewardship Partners, Columbia Basin Environmental Education Network (CBEEN) and Project Take Flight. Moving forward we are very pleased to announce that we are working to establish a fund with the Columbia Valley Community Foundation. The Wings over the Rockies – Ross MacDonald Memorial – Legacy Fund will provide ongoing support to conservation and environmental education projects in the Columbia Valley. More information on this initiative will follow later.
